[Dune] Problem linking parmetis with cmake

Hi Aleksejs,
is ParMETIS found by configure? If this is the case, you might want to
add the flags to your target by using
add_dune_parmetis_flags(yourTarget)

In any case, you can check whether the right include paths are given to
the compiler with "make VERBOSE=1"
