[Dune] new Alugrid

Hi Aleksejs,

I would not say "should", because you should not need to manipulate ALUGrid to 
test your code. Apart from that, the answer is yes.

The class template Dune::ALUGrid has not changed, so yes, your tests should 
still work. But you could easily answer that question yourself after actually 
doing the checkout ;-).

Just a small reminder: Please keep discussions on the mailing list. Others
