[Dune] error: ‘GridFactory’ in namespace ‘Dune::Dune’ does not name a template type

Hi Aleksejs.
Two other things I noticed:
- Use <config.h> instead of "config.h" (at least I think one should do
that...)
- Get your editor to replace tabs with spaces (google it). Opening your
files with vi to check leads to
  weird looking indentation).
