[Dune] Userwiki update

Dear all,

sometime today I will be rolling out a long overdue Redmine update for
the user wiki. Unfortunately not all currently installed plugins are
compatible with Redmine 3.1 and are also unmaintained, most notably the
doodles plugin. I'm open for replacement suggestions that are not
redmine-meetings (which is also not 3.1 compatible).
If you notice any other odd behaviour, please let me know.
