[Dune] Read in matrix and rhs, solve linear system

Hi Henrik,
the best example that I know of is the AMG unit test program, in

dune-istl/dune/istl/paamg/test/amgtest.cc

That one does not read a matrix from file, though.  For that, have a look
at the file

dune-istl/dune/istl/matrixmarket.hh

[Disclaimer: I have never used that file myself.]
