[Dune] ALUGrid GridFactory in 2d

Dear ALUGrid developers,

when reading a 2d gmsh file in a 
Dune::ALUGrid<2,2,Dune::simplex,Dune::nonconforming>
I get the following error:

Dune reported error: GridError 
[insertBoundarySegment:/Users/peter/Programming/dune-release24-22Dec15/dune-alugrid/dune/alugrid/3d/gridfactory.hh:494]: 
Wrong number of face vertices passed: 2.

Same thing occurs when just using the GridFactory.
I am on master of the dune-alugrid module and using it
with the release 2.4 of Dune.

Am I missing something?
