[Dune] Dune on cygwin

Do I dare to, do I really dare to? Yes, because linker problems with
autotools can be really challenging

We also have the possibility to build with cmake and there seem to
packages for cygwin of it. Maybe it is worth a shot installing them
and trying it. There the linking is definitely done in another
way. Maybe that resolve the problem.
