[Dune] Dune on cygwin

Hi Ganesh,
actually you are the first to try CMake together with Cygwin, at least I
am not aware of anybody else trying that.

- dowload the latest CMake binary from cmake.org
- add --use-cmake to your dunecontrol call
- all binaries will be built in build-cmake inside each module.

This is how it is done on Linux, maybe further steps are necessary,
we'll see.
