[Dune] Copyable entities and intersections

Hi everybody,

just a quick heads-up on an important change to Dune:

In the next release (Dune 2.4), entities and intersections become copyable and
the EntityPointer will be deprecated. See https://dune-project.org/recent_changes.html
for further information.

This does of course require maintainers of external grid managers to update
their implementations. I’ve started a collection with some hints for the required changes
at https://dune-project.org/recent_changes.html.
