Hi Arya,
you are not allowed to put comments within a shell variable. In your case the FCCFLAGS.

            FC=gfortran-4.7
            #FCFLAGS='-O3 -g0 --no-strict-aliasing'
            --enable-parallel

To config.log might have helped to find the problem. And you should have tried to compile withput an opts file at all.
