[Dune] 3D-UGGrid-Parallel-Adaptivity

Hi Carlos,
UGGrid can deal with distributed adaptive grids in 3d _in principle_.
In reality there are still a few bugs.  Unfortunately I currently don't have
the resources to hunt them down myself, but if you are motivated to debug
yourself I can promise to mentor you.
