[Dune] dune-functions does not compile with clang anymore

what system are you running on? Most importantly, what is your system GCC? Is it gcc-5.3 or an older compiler?
By default, clang picks up the libstdc++ from your system compiler, if that one is older than 5 (or maybe 4.9, I’m
not entirely sure right now), it will be missing std::integer_sequence.
