[Dune] Registration for DUNE course in Heidelberg fixed

Hi,

we learned today that there was a problem with the registration form for the
DUNE course in Heidelberg (March 7-11). That problem is now fixed, so if
you had any problems signing up (404 errors in particular), please try again
if it works now. If not, please let me know!
