[Dune] problem compiling dune-grid from git repository

Hi Ed,
to be honest, I am not much of a cmake expert myself. When you need help
please ask on the mailing list (now in cc). There you will reach a lot
of people, including those who wrote and maintain our build system.
Guys, does anybody know what's the problem here?
