[Dune] FINAL Reminder: Dune Userwiki end of life: 04.10.16

Dear Andreas,

as all git access is managed through redmine, it is not easily
possible to grand read-only access. Thus everything will be shutdown
somewhen on tuesday.

The repositories will not be deleted immediately, but you can't access
them from outside anymore.
