[Dune] Dune website not reliably available today

Hi everyone,

due to IP address changes related to moving to the new server, we had to
update the DNS entry for dune-project.org. This change is propagating through
the DNS system right now, but this change can take up to 8 hours to be visible
everywhere. Until then, the main Dune website might not be available for you.
GitLab, the mailing lists and the Discourse server should not be affected.
