[Dune] infrastructure issues

Hi

a) According to STeffen git-lfs via ssh should work now...
   ... but it fails for me:

The log doesn't reveil any further information.

b) who get's emails abount infrastructure/infrastructure issues? It
seems many issues didn't get any response yet. It seems as if nobody
ever gets notified.
