[Dune] UG::adapt() returned with error code 999

Dear all,

we ran adaptive code when the following error was reported:

Dune reported error: GridError [adapt:/home/dune/dune/dune-grid/dune/grid/uggrid/uggrid.cc:357]: UG::adapt() returned with error code 999

That means that AdaptMultiGrid returned error code 999. At that point 
dof = 40793. I ran computations with different parameters up to 6Mdof 
without any problems.
