[Dune] Server Outage: Status update

Dear Dune community,

As Steffen warned you about yesterday, our webserver got into serious
trouble. This email is to inform you that we are still working on the
issue. Steffen set up the system from scratch and we are now setting up all
the services again. Mailinglists should be up already (otherwise this email
is pretty useless), Gitlab and Website are to follow ASAP. We try to have
everything fixed by tomorrow, but we cannot make promises, as we might
encounter additional difficulties.

We are very sorry for any inconveniences this causes on your side.
