[Dune] dune-grid: gmshtest on multiprocessors

Hello,

gmshtest-uggrid: I am getting errors on ghosts and intersections between them when I run the test on more than 1 processor. See the log file.
Do I need to do something special?

I am using gcc 6.2 + MPT.
