[Dune] Increased compiler requirements

Dear Dune users,

currently the Dune developers are discussing increased compiler
requirements for Git master and Dune 2.6:

* GCC 5.1 instead of GCC 4.9
* Clang 3.8 remains
* CMake 3.1 or even 3.5 insread of CMake 2.8.12

What are your opinions? Have you any argument, we should consider?
