[Dune] release 2.6

I've built docker containers at Docker hub (archlinux based) for release
2.6. You can find impmx/dune-2.6:generic and impmx/dune-2.6:pdelab . The
latter includes the pdelab module and dependencies. All optional
dependencies are included except for sionlib, arpacpp, dune-python and
dune-corepy (which will come later). Source dockerfiles for these builds
are available at http://github.com/edscott/dumux

If these docker images are of use, that's a good thing. Any issues, let me
know to look into it.
