[Dune] Planned GitLab downtime this weekend

Hi everyone,

as some of you may have noticed, GitLab has been rather unstable this week. After some digging
we found kernel panics related to files with wrong SELinux labels. We’ll try to solve this by doing
a full relabeling of the file system, which requires a temporary server shutdown.

I can’t really say how long this will take and so GitLab may be down for an extended amount of time
between Saturday morning and Sunday evening.

Just go outside and enjoy the nice fall weather ;-)
