Hey Carsten,

I'm still on Dune 2.6 so I just took the changes from your merge request and

added them manually into my gmshreader.hh.

At least from my side it seems to look fine, regarding the insertionindex.

Best regards,

Max

I added support for reading quadrilateral boundary segments in

  https://gitlab.dune-project.org/core/dune-grid/-/merge_requests/441

In fact I did not check, if the segment indices and
tags are correct, because this should work once the
segments are actually implemented. Please have a look
and check if this fixes your problem. It would be nice
if you can report success or further issues in the corresponding
merge request or in this issue:

  https://gitlab.dune-project.org/core/dune-grid/-/issues/115

Best,
Carsten

PS:
I've taken the freedom to add a stripped version of
your .msh file to our test cases.
