[Dune] a problem with ALUGrid and Metis

Hi Christoph,

it seemed from one point dune mailing list is no more included in my
conversation with Simon.

The corrections that Simon has proposed are all needed plus the one for
cmake_minimum_required. Once all of them are done, metis will be detected
and my code runs smoothly through.
