Dear all,

to give some more information: there was a security issue last week at 
Heidelberg University and all external connections have been stopped. 
The webserver is up and running but is only reachable from within the 
university network. The computing center offered the possibility to make 
excemptions for certain servers and we applied for that last week. But 
unfortunately it has not been processed by the computing center yet. 
They also do not provide any information on how long it will take. So I 
am sorry but it is not in our hands.
