[Dune] Help pushing DUNE 2.11 to Ubuntu 2026.04 (resolute racoon)

Hi,

DUNE 2.11 is currently hanging in migration from the proposed pocket to the stable
one [1]. We are a bit entangled with the python-defaults transition because of OPM [2].

If that resolves itself then there are still some rebuilds and triggers needed, see
bugs [3] and [4].

We need to convince someone with upload rights to do these change. Maybe it helps
if people interested in an recent DUNE version on Ubuntu (and with an Ubuntu one
account) would confirm or vote for the bugs.

I have no idea how high the chances are that everything will work out, though.
