[Dune] AI scrapers and changes in the gitlab -> your action is required!

Dear all,

we recently tightened the configuration for anonymous access,
to protect the server from automated AI-scrapers.

As you might have seen on the gitlab, we ask you to reauthenticate, so
that the system recognizes you as authenticated user. Otherwise
certain restriction are imposed, as you are considered anaonymous.

The plan is to disable anonymous access to certain expensive
information. The following information will only be accessible after
login:

- Merge request diffs (the "Changes" tab)
- Commit history (`/-/commits/…`) and single commit pages (`/-/commit/<sha>`)
- Blame (`/-/blame/…`)
- Compare (`/-/compare/…`)
- Statistics and graphs (`/-/graphs/…`, `/-/network/…`)
- Search (`/search`)
- The "last commit" column in file listings

The following stays available without signing in:

- Git access over HTTPS and SSH
- Repository archives and patches (`/-/archive/…`, `/-/commit/<sha>.patch` and `.diff`)
- Project pages, README, file tree, file view and raw files
- Issues, the merge request list, and merge requests with description and discussion
- Tags and releases
- Package Registry and Container Registry

To read the content of a single commit without signing in, use the `.patch` URL of that commit.

Please let me know if you experience problems with overly restritive gitlab settings!

Best regards
Christian
