ALGLIB was there because it was needed for some of the quadratures<BR>
( lobattoquadrature.hh , gaussquadrature.hh ) -<BR>
so now it should probably be in dune-geometry.<BR>

I stumbled upon the location of m4 tests. I thought that a<BR>
test<BR>
should be in the very module which uses the test results<BR>
first.<BR>
But dune-istl does not provide any tests for external<BR>
libraries.<BR>
They are all in dune-common like BLAS, LAPACK, SuperLU.<BR>
dune-grid<BR>
provides test for ALGLIB, PSurface and Grape.<BR>
What's the reason that linear algebra library tests are in<BR>
dune-common? Can we move them?<BR>

Can we rename dune_tr1_headers.m4? I would expect that it'd be<BR>
called cxx0x_array.m4 (or now cxx11_array but that is another<BR>
story).<BR>
I hesitate to do the change by myself because I don't have an<BR>
xlc compiler for a Blue Gene within reach to test it.<BR>
