Hello Markus sir,
	This is regarding "Implement inserter concept for DUNE's sparse matrix".

I have implemented a sample implementation program for inserter. It
uses both sparse matrix with slot size and std::map for storage.
It also performs correctly matrix multiplication, addition and
substraction taking care of all the entries present in sparse matrix
as well as spare.
While implementing it, I felt that the task will not be easy, but it
will be fun to work on inesrter.
 :-)
I am attaching my program with this mail, please check it out and let
me know ur opinion on it, so that i can further improve on it.
