[Dune-devel] Quadrature rules broken

Hi Christian,
in the impressive stack of changes to the quadrature rules somehow
a bug slipped in and the code is now broken for me. Neither check
nor headercheck work because quadraturerules/gaussquadrature.hh is
missing. Changing it to the new genericquadrature.hh did not help.

After fixing this, we should add gaussquadrature.hh as a 
compatibility header. Now make check does not work in
localfunctions because of the missing header and I expect most of
the user code to be affected, too.
