[Dune-devel] Deprecation of files ***iterator.hh

Dear dune-2.3 release managers,
please apply the attached patch to the dune-grid 2.3 branch.  It deprecates
the three files hierarchiciterator.hh, leveliterator.hh, and leafiterator.hh
in a way that people will notice (#warning).  This will avoid problems like
the one encountered by Florian Vogelsbacher recently.
