[Dune-devel] final.hh and dune_final.m4

Hi Oliver,
wouldn't it be better to rename dune_final.m4 to cxx11_final.m4 and move
the new header final.hh to std/final.hh?
At least this would match our current naming scheme and would follow
what Martin did for std/constexpr.hh.

If nobody objects, I'll go ahead.
