[Dune-devel] dune-common 2.4: please cherry-pick some changes

Hi,

I would like to upload a snapshot of the dune 2.4 branch to Debian soon
to see what breaks on architectures I usually don't use. It would be
nice to see a few changes from dune-common's master branch also in the
2.4 branch before this:

ac712ff7d359d178180dc084205fd924d30a5868
c1c71f2562d8a8dac47d5a5c482a681976f8cc37
  Install new CMake macros. As far as I understand support for CMake
  suffers without these.

  Other buildsystem changes. At least the "find" one is not relevant
  for the Debian packages, but probably should be in the release.
