[Dune-devel] Patch for Dune::GeometryGrid

Hello Duners,
I've created this patch for Dune::GeometryGrid. 

With these changes, it is possible to extract the type of the host grid and the type of the coordinate function. 
Moreover, it is possible to  accede to the coordinate function.

May you please apply this patch to the master?
