[Dune-devel] Dune 2.4 released

Hi Carsten,
thank you for preparing Dune 2.4!

I assume the website got stuck again. At least Oliver's commit from
yesterday concerning dune-foamgrid is not yet included.

Within the following days and week, I will remove as many deprecated
features as I am capable of. Be aware that this might break your
(unported) code. Anyway, I won't touch the Autotool stuff, as we need it
to build our website.
