[Dune-devel] CMAKE_GUARD for Dune modules

is this really what we want? I doubt it. This is hard to read, very
non-standard and inconsistent throughout the project.

It is necessary to adapt all the modules to include the appropriate
defines in the config.h, or can this be done globally? How does it
work for other modules, e.g. ISTL?
