Did the questions change?
I think some of the answers are really bad (I guess that is my
fault). Especially I would like to rewrite Questions 1,3,4... Some of
them are still the answers from 2013 and our opinion and approach
should have changed. We had students that nearly failed midterm in 2013 and
got them back on track due to good mentoring. We should mention that.
Additionally we should not emphasize being academics so much. I don't
think that this is a selling point. Instead we might point out the experiences
and actions we took in 2013.
Can we just change to our liking our should we discuss things first?
I would make weekly video hangouts during the project, and a video
interview of every applicant mandatory.
