A namespace for CSS would be nice, but is not available in CSS but only
with more complicated frameworks like LESS or SASS.
What about adding "hugo_" for all CSS properties created from Hugo? That
would prevent name clashes for Doxygen, Sphinx and the User wiki. I
don#t know how much work this would be, though.
