[Dune-devel] CI system: VM upgraded

Hi,

the VM running our CI system has been upgraded from 4 cores to 16 cores
 with 4 GB RAM per core.

It is now configured to run 4 builds in parallel with 4 cores per build
(up from 1 core per build).  Even though the VM host still has a fairly
old and slow CPU, this change should make the CI system quite a bit
more responsive, especially when waiting for builds of dune-grid.

I've also added a new configuration with gcc-7 in C++17 mode as I
suggested to do last month.
