[Dune-devel] PT Scotch 6.0.5 is out

Dear Dune,
to whom it may concern: PT Scotch 6.0.5 was released a couple of days
ago. It is an alternative to ParMETIS under a GPL-compatible license.

I haven't tested it myself but would be interested whether it works with
Dune. Patches, if necessary, are welcome.

Unfortunately, plots are notoriously hard to get right. Partly, the
default settings of programs like gnuplot or Excel are to blame for
this since these programs make it very convenient to create bad plots.
