[Dune-devel] Required CMake version

Hi,

Just one addition:

As I was wondering what is so special about target_sources I did
glimpse at the documentation. Accoding to it we use this function to
populate the SOURCES properties of the target that are libraries. This is very
convenient indeed, but this property can be set directly for
older CMake versions.
