[Dune-devel] Vote: Required CMake version 3.1 or 3.13?

in may I would have abstained from the vote on the CMake version,
and thus didn't post any opinion then. But now the situation is
different:

There was about one month in between the original proposal and
and merging. During this period only Andreas raised concerns and
finally said 'go ahead'. Now this is in master for about 4 months
and people have invested time to modernize the build system based
on this - which I highly appreciate.

Hence I vote for keeping this change.
