Hi,

I'm not in favor of 3.13.  I'm merely OK with 3.13, personally (if you were
referring to this[1] comment).  If it comes down to a vote, I'd probably
abstain, unless I find the time to read the arguments in-depth, and understand
which problems it causes for other people.
