[Dune-devel] Vote: Required CMake version 3.1 or 3.13?

Dear all,

I would also prefer to go for the new version.
Could we hear an argument by those prefering 3.10? Since there is
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS now, maybe this argument has changed?
