[Dune-devel] First candidate for upcoming release 2.8.0 available for testing

Hi Peter,
thanks for testing and providing feedback!

For consistency reasons, I replaced all 2.8.0rc1 tags by v2.8.0rc1 ones.
I also added the missing tag for dune-istl.
Just dune-alugrid is missing, as I have not sufficient rights to add tags.
