[Dune-devel] Online developer meeting 2022

Hi everyone,

The dudle is filled, so we could find some dates to have the developer 
meeting. We discussed some alternatives and came up with the following plan:

Fr. Feb. 25th, 09:00 - 13:00
Tue. Mar. 01st, 09:00 - 13:00

So, we will have two half-day meetings next to each other to easily 
continue discussions. If there are more topics to address that we 
couldn't  finish in these two days, we can have another meeting, e.g., 
on Mar. 24th 09:00 - 13:00.

The meeting webpage is now merged and open for your topics to be added. 
Some ideas are already proposed and can be extended/improved/commented-on...
