[Dune-devel] Applying to GSoC 2022? They made some changes

Hi,

we have time until February 7, to start our application to Google summer 
of code.

I only got a response from Andreas, he is willing to mentor. Unless more 
people want to join in, I don't think we should apply to this year's GSoC.
