Dear Andreas, dear Robert,

thank a lot for all the work put in the release, it is very much appreciated!

I have one question: Who signed the tar files and where can we find the public key? I don't find the public key in common key servers.

Best,

Santiago

Hi.

The first release candidate for the upcoming 2.9 release is now available for all core modules.

As usual, it is tagged as v2.9.0rc1 on gitlab, tarballs on the webpage are available, and in addition

we have uploaded pypi packages which should also be suitable to test downstream C++ based code against an installation of the core modules using pip install --pre dune-grid==2.9.0rc1

Please test, and report any problems that you encounter

Robert and Andreas
