[Dune-devel] A 2.11 release for Ubuntu?

Hi Oliver,
I like the idea! I would aim for a Dune release in 2025, that should be
doable. I am willing to help preparing the actual release.
What about a developer meeting? We still did not agree on increasing
compiler, CMake, and Python requirements.
